10 Year High School Reunion

Yes, I know it is hard for some of you to believe that I have actually been out of high school for 10 years. I know, I know -- I don't look a day over 21. Any way, my friend Jenni and I did the majority of the planning. It turned out to be so much fun. We only had 68 in our graduationg class so we were all pretty close. We had a casual setting outside with a picnic style meal, hayrides, games, and a bon-fire. One of the fun things about it was that we all brought our kids - and boy did that make me feel old - looking at all of us with little rugrats running around. Anyhow - here are some pictures from the event. This first one is of me and Jenni before everyone came.

Here is just a picture inside the tent as everyone started coming.It was a cold night so we all bundled up -- here is a picture of the kids having fun on the golf cart. From right to left - Caleb (Corey's kid), Ella, Ethan, and Austin (Jann and Adam's son) is behind the wheel.Julie, Bari, ME, and Janaya.

Ethan's kids party

So, I am a little delayed on getting this post up. Ethan's party was about 2 weeks ago. Well, we had a little kids party for Ethan at a spray park in Carmel. We had a pinata (as you can see in this first picture). All the kids got a try at it but it was a strong one so I ended up knocking it down after a few wacks.

We played in the water... Here are some of the moms and their kids. There was also a school bus of kids that came - so we did not everyone here.

And of course cupcakes. Thank you everyone for coming. Ethan really had a good time and he felt very important.

Late Night with Friends

So the other night Blake and I had the opportunity to watch our good friends Cindy and Daniel's kids while they had a night of good food. The night started off with the swing set. Then some play doh.

Of course any time Ethan is involved there has to me a little wrestling match. (Check out Blake in the back trying to get a little nap)
Now all pooped out - they set up there beds and watched a movie.

Yes - even Ella had to stay up later than normal. But she did go to bed way before the rest. We had a great time. Ethan loves playing with his friends.
